Mazda confirms MBM

AUCKLAND, Today: Mazda NZ has confirmed the appointment of media connections agency MBM to run their media strategy, planning and campaign management.

The incumbent had been Media R – but the agency said there’d been “no formal pitch”.

MBM started working with Mazda during the first lockdown and has helped launch the Mazda CX-30 Small SUV, the Mazda CX range and is now working on the new All-New BT-50 Ute campaign.

As well as strategic planning, MBM’s services to Mazda include search management, measurement and analytics, and social media strategy.

“MBM has already proven to be an invaluable partner.”

Mazda MD David Hodge said: “MBM has already proven to be an invaluable partner. We’ve challenged them to significantly advance our digital approach in particular, and they have responded brilliantly.”

MBM managing partner Sean McCready said, “We are really excited to be working with Mazda. It already feels like a great client / agency fit and we’re looking forward to doing some powerful work together in the digital transformation space.”
