PEOPLE OF INFLUENCE signs a raft of new names

Local talent management agency PEOPLE OF INFLUENCE has announced five new names to its books, welcoming actors Jay Kiriona and Becky McEwan in partnership with GCM Artist Management, alongside gold medal Olympians Caitlin Regal and Shiray Kaka, and radio host Azura Lane.

PEOPLE OF INFLUENCE represents individuals with genuine influence to create brand campaigns across their social media channels. Since launching in 2019, the agency has partnered its talent with a wide range of brands to create engaging social media content. Recent collaborations include work with Tend Healthcare, Spring Sheep, UbyKotex and Vodafone.

The agency’s talent comes from all walks of life, respected in their own fields, from fashion to sport, music and arts. The existing slate of talent includes actor Antonia Prebble, musician Tane Williams, Netballer Maia Wilson, Mai FM host Tegan Yorworth and ZM Nights host Cam Mansell.

Managing Director of PEOPLE OF INFLUENCE and 818, Chris Henry says: “These incredible talents are already at the top of their fields and their passion and enthusiasm for what they do is a pleasure to witness.

“We can’t wait to work with them to help introduce them to brands that match that passion and create some incredible social partnerships across their growing online channels.”

Campaign Producer at PEOPLE OF INFLUENCE, Lauren Mitchell, adds: “Our new talent are some of the best in the business and we’re extremely excited about welcoming them to the PEOPLE OF INFLUENCE whānau.

“There are so many opportunities in the brand partnership space, and we can’t wait to help our new influential talent share their stories with brands that match their values.”

PEOPLE OF INFLUENCE is the talent agency arm of entertainment publicity agency 818, whose recent work has included The Lion King and Van Gogh Alive’s sell-out seasons at Spark Arena.
