Social Account Manger – Remote – P4959

Our client is a small but mighty, remote-based digital creative agency.  They work with Kiwi brands of all shapes and sizes and specialize in all things social media.

They are looking for a proven and personable Social Media Account Manager to step into this autonomous role, leading the client experience including training and management of projects (not limited to social media) from end to end. Driven by a passion for social media, you’ll know all the major platforms like the back of your hand. You love sharing your knowledge of social media with others, and when it comes to coupling client management skills with organic and paid campaigns – you’ve got it nailed. You’re an agile, adaptive forward-thinker and team player who takes pride in staying at the forefront of emerging industry trends. You will be working alongside a tight-knit team of experienced + innovative creatives while mentoring a junior, with the opportunity to extend yourself professionally, ongoing as part of this role.

Ideal candidates will have:

• 3 years + social media account & client management experience, ideally in an agency setting
• Experience training/up-skilling others in social media
• Strong organisational skills, process driven and enjoy multitasking
• Be highly experienced in all areas of social media management
• Superb attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• A mature, professional acumen
• Experience in additional areas of media & marketing is preferred but not essential

This is a fully remote role with some in-person client requirements.  The preferred candidate is Auckland or Hamilton based, and able to be on site as required. There is potential for making this a part-time role for the right candidate, with a minimum of 24 hours/week.
