Following a Trans-Tasman pitch process, IAG has partnered with Chemistry to further develop the IAG Academy, in-house skills and development experience designed to advance the professional capabilities of all 14,000 IAG employees across the Tasman and beyond.
The win is an extension of Chemistry’s existing relationships with AMI, State, and NZI but is the agency’s first piece of regional work.

The IAG Academy has been developed around five faculties — Insurance, Customer, Digital & Data, Leadership and Risk. No matter what part of the business people work in, they can participate in any faculty with learning and development content developed by the best and brightest in each field of expertise.
