Our client is a local independent creative advertising agency, proudly women owned and led. Based in central Auckland with great offices, they are on the hunt for a fulltime Senior Account Manager to join their small and passionate team.
Working closely with the Group Account Director on a key client, you will be overseeing agency BAU deliverables. You will manage your work well to ensure all runs smoothly, timelines and budgets are met, and all agreed objectives are achieved, knowing when to seek guidance or simply ask for help.
A high standard of communication with your clients, and the wider team will be the cornerstone of your role and ensures you will manage your client’s expectations perfectly. You can seek out opportunities for growth within your clients helping to grow their spend where possible. You will be embracing these opportunities to develop your skills. You will be passionate about building nourishing, enduring and fulfilling relationships with all.
The right candidate for this role will have 3+ years experience in an agency or similar environment, with proven client servicing skills; including the ability to present and contribute in group/client situations and build nourishing and enduring relationships. You are financially literate with excellent time management skills and solution-focussed when presented with challenges. Digital savvy is highly desired.
