Formerly of DDB, Mike Hammond and Milon Williams have teamed up to create their own content and sound offering working out of AO Studios.
With Hammond on moving image and Williams on sound, the pair will enjoy the studios full suite of editing, sound and motion capabilities as well as a soon to be installed sound booth.
Hammod is well known in the industry as the storytelling and case study master and has helped DDB, Colenso BBDO and others craft quality work.
Williams is a composer, engineer and all-round sound fiend. Being part of bands and music his whole adult life has given him the perfect background to be a brilliant one-person sound unit. With the facilities at AO Studios, he’ll be able to tackle content, radio and podcasts with ease.
Their slightly off-the-wall view on the world comes through in their work and in the reel they’ve put together to launch their offering. Have a watch here.
“Partnering with Milon and now joining PC at AO Studios gives us the perfect platform to keep making the type of work I love to be involved in. I hope you love the reel and sing out if you want to talk,” says Hammond.
Milon says he is “excited to get going, make some great work and help people tell their stories”.
Paul Courtney, Managing Director for AO Studios says he is “stoked to have Boxcutter at AO Studios”.
“Mike and Milon are fantastic creatives and makers. Having them on our bench means we can offer our clients some of the industry’s best.”
