Dean Chadwick will join MYOB as Chief Marketing Officer as the business management platform doubles-down on its strategy to deliver a best-in-class business management solution for SMEs across Australian and New Zealand.
Chadwick was previously Chief Customer Officer at THE ICONIC, where he led both Product and Marketing for ANZ’s leading fashion and lifestyle e-commerce platform. Chadwick has previously held senior marketing roles at Virgin Australia’s Velocity Frequent Flyer program and American Express.
MYOB Chief Executive Office Greg Ellis said MYOB had undergone significant transformation in recent years, and the appointment signalled an increased focus on digital experience and customer value through the platform.

Recognised in the Top 10 of the 2019 CMO50 list, Mr Chadwick’s experience in digital, data, growth marketing and customer experience was a great fit for MYOB as its digital transformation continues.
Chadwick said it was an exciting opportunity to lead the next stage of MYOB’s digital modernisation journey.

The appointment follows the launch of a new integrated marketing campaign, featuring a bold new creative direction drawing attention to MYOB’s unique business management platform.

The appointment is effective from June 2023.
