Account Director / $90-110k / Auckland

Our client is a well regarded video and motion production studio based in Ponsonby, Auckland who are looking for an Account Director to join their small but high performing team. 

This role requires someone that has proven client service skills and experience, and an understanding of the technical requirements related to moving imagery (and stills) to help bring to life the creative ideas with a focus on creativity under time and budget limitations.

With at least 4 years’ project management or production experience, you’ll be delivering large scale TVP, digital and content projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end client service and project management
• Manage client projects for TVC productions, digital and moving content
• Scoping and planning of projects
• Manage budgets and timeline
• Management of staff and resource where required
• Meet deadlines, on time and within budget
• Create/Manage documents and reports
• Strong appreciation of the creative & production process
• Internal tracking and timing management essential

Skills/experience:

• 4+ years’ agency experience working in client service
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and their implementation
• Ability to meet real-time deadlines, set project budgets, and control project quality
• Excellent project management skills and able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to effectively lead and motivate project teams with experience managing people in complex integrated environments
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure

With solid experience in an agency environment, you will be buttoned down with processes, and be a proven client lead, able to identify opportunities in your accounts. Working alongside the Creative Director, you will have a pivotal role in the business growth, and team culture.
