About The Role:
As the Graphic Designer, you will be the design lead across the business, responsible for taking concepts and ideas and delivering original and exceptional brand communications. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop content calendars and campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive social app downloads, and app engagement.
This is a dynamic and creative role that has a strong focus on digital-by-design assets, with a smaller focus on print collateral. It requires someone with a fresh and progressive aesthetic, who can find the right style and layout for every project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualise and create original, slick design solutions across various channels including but not limited to social media, app store, email, billboards, flyers, events, presentations reports, and website
- Write and edit compelling copy for marketing collateral
- Have basic After Effects, enough to turn graphics into motion graphics
- Ensure all design work is aligned with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels
- Be up to date with design and social media trends and techniques and provide recommendations for how to incorporate them into their campaign.
- Be an active member of the small but mighty marketing team, participate and contribute to brainstorming sessions, and collaborate with the wider team to understand project requirement
- Have an appetite to dive into videography and editing when the opportunities arise
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a similar field
- 3-5 years experience as a professional Graphic Designer
- Fluency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator etc)
- Ideally experience in Figma, After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Detail-orientated with exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate creative concepts
