Modern workspace provider Alberts has appointed independent creative agency Chemistry to implement a bespoke business and brand strategy to help drive its long-term business outcomes.
The appointment follows a competitive pitch and will see Chemistry work with the Alberts team to further develop its innovative approach to commercial property leasing alongside growth for their Alberts Membership Clubs.
Deja Duraku, Alberts VP Operations, says, “Alberts is all about creating aspirational spaces for our business communities to thrive and we were looking for a partner who understands our vision and agile approach to business.”
“Chemistry’s creative approach to our business challenges and their brand strategy process shone through during the pitch process, exciting the team as we look forward to welcoming new members and businesses into our spaces over the year ahead.”
From bespoke networking events and meeting spaces to offices and retail leases across seven locations across Auckland, Alberts offers a sun-kissed roof terrace, cafes, membership lounges, private rooms and partner offices across the globe for businesses who travel.
Chemistry’s Business Partner, Henry Smith, says, “It’s awesome to be working on an already established and respected brand that still possesses so much potential to grow.”
“The Alberts team are hugely passionate about what they do and together we’ve set some clear and ambitious targets for working together; we can’t wait to bring it all to life!”
Chemistry’s Co-Founder and Director, Mike Larmer, says, “We’re excited to partner with Alberts who are a clear step above Auckland’s workspaces, and are all about people being at the heart of their business goals.”
Chemistry was recently acknowledged as 4th in New Zealand for creative in Campaign Brief’s The Work 2023.
