FCB Aotearoa is excited to announce Mike Braid, one of its most versatile content production talents, has been promoted to Content Creative Director.
From directing to photography, editing to grading, Braid has long been a master of many trades. His new role will see him set to expand his influence across the agency’s content production and creative offerings.
As demand continues to rise for dynamic, in-house productions, Mike’s new position will see him working even more closely with the entire FCB team to bring ideas to life.
“The beauty of Mike is that he wears many hats—and looks good in all of them,” says Wellington CEO, Sean Keaney.
“Whether it’s through content production or adding his own twist to creative projects, Mike’s ability to think outside the box makes him an invaluable resource in crafting stand-out work for clients. From directing to photography, his hands-on skills can take any concept and turn it into something incredible. This new role gives him even more opportunities to shape the strategic direction of our content and production offerings.”
Mike is stoked to step into this expanded role. “FCB has always been a place where you can stretch your creative muscles, and I’m excited to take this further. It’s great to be in a space where I can help shape ideas and make them happen in new, inventive ways. What I love most about FCB is the constant opportunity to collaborate with brilliant people and push the boundaries of what we can do for our clients,” says Braid.
Recently, Braid’s team, alongside Content Producer Liz Roebeck, has delivered impressive work for top clients like Air NZ, NZTA, Waka Kotahi, Mitre 10, and One NZ.
As Chief Creative Officer Leisa Wall puts it, “Mike is a unicorn in the industry and has contributed enormously to FCB over his 10+ years here. We’re lucky to have someone with such diverse talents who consistently brings his A-game to everything he touches.”
