AUCKLAND, Today: Raine & Horne’s rebrand from Mike Pero Real Estate is nearing completion, marking a major milestone in its expansion across New Zealand’s real estate industry.
The firm’s innovative Part of the Landscape campaign launches alongside this transition. Since entering New Zealand in April 2023 and acquiring Mike Pero Real Estate in December, Raine & Horne has expanded to 60 offices nationwide.

The Part of the Landscape campaign uses generative AI to seamlessly integrate Raine & Horne’s iconic Ampersand into New Zealand’s diverse and breathtaking landscapes, attracting both local and international interest.
“With the rebranding of Mike Pero Real Estate now in its final stages, and office signage changing to Raine & Horne across the country, we couldn’t be more excited to push the boundaries of traditional marketing and engage consumers in a fresh and dynamic way,” said Mr Raine.
