FCB Aotearoa has announced the appointment of two seasoned strategists, Amy Pollok and Matt Lee to its integrated strategy team.
Pollok joins as Group Strategy Director and Lee as Strategy Director for FCB/Six, the agency’s data, AI and creative technology arm.
Pollok has over a decade of expertise in brand planning and effectiveness. A self-described “effectiveness nerd”, Pollok joins from Colenso BBDO where she worked across accounts like Skinny, Spark, AMI, State, Breast Cancer Foundation NZ and MARS. Her accolades include major Effectiveness Awards, among them a Grand Effie, Gold APAC Effies, and the WARC Grand Prix for Long-Term Growth.
“I’m thrilled to be joining the crew at FCB, working across new industries and tackling fresh challenges,” says Pollok. “The team is that rare mix of smart and kind, and they have some incredible longstanding client relationships. I can’t wait to stir things up a bit and help the agency push for brave, brilliant work.”
Lee steps into his role with a background in data, marketing technology and AI. Having consulted for both global and local brands—including Canon Oceania, The Warehouse Group, Spark NZ/Qrious, and AA New Zealand—Lee’s expertise lies in leveraging AI and analytics to create meaningful, connected customer journeys that drive measurable impact.
“I’m excited to help our clients unlock new possibilities by combining data, marketing technology and new ways of working. Being part of a broader integrated offering with FCB and FCB Media means that we are uniquely positioned to support our clients in this evolving marketing landscape.”
Chief Strategy Officer Matt Kingston says, “Amy and Matt are exceptional talents who bring fresh perspective, experience and banter to our team. These appointments are a huge boost to our strategic capability and the value we offer our clients.”
