dentsu Aotearoa shines at NZ HR Awards

AUCKLAND, Today: dentsu Aotearoa has been shortlisted in three categories at the NZ HR Awards 2025, highlighting its dedication to fostering a supportive and empowering workplace culture.

As the only advertising agency recognised, dentsu is a finalist in the Talent Acquisition, Diversity and Inclusion, and Wellness Programme categories, celebrating its innovative HR initiatives.

“These nominations reflect the mahi and dedication of our employees throughout the organisation who continue to deliver initiatives that make a real difference in the lives of our people.”

dentsu has been praised for its unbiased AI-based hiring tools, a new community hub supporting employee wellbeing, and the cultural impact of its people-led DEI Council.

The recognition comes during a successful period for dentsu, with recent wins including 11 IAB Awards, the Grand Award for Best in Show, and two Golds at the Pressie Awards.

The winners of the NZ HR Awards will be announced on Thursday, 27 February 2025, at Auckland’s Viaduct Events Centre.
