JB Hi-Fi has teamed up with Uber to bring customers a faster, more convenient way to shop.
Just in time for the Christmas rush, the partnership enables JB Hi-Fi customers located within 20km of a store to receive their orders within 90 minutes or schedule deliveries at a time that suits them.
Jon Kirman, Marketing and E-commerce Manager for JB Hi-Fi New Zealand says that the partnership, which will continue into 2025, is another way to enhance the customer experience.
“We’re always looking for new ways to better our customer experience, and this new collaboration gives JB Hi-Fi customers more flexibility. For Christmas shoppers that qualify, that means there is no need to brave the Christmas crowds and no Christmas delivery cut-off dates giving customers the flexibility to shop online right up until Christmas eve.”
Jonathan Grider, Retail Partnerships Executive, Uber ANZ, says that the partnership is the perfect example of how Uber’s network can enhance the retail experience.
“We’re excited to provide a speedy, reliable delivery option for JB Hi-Fi customers, ensuring they can shop with confidence and have their purchases delivered in record time.”
