Foodstuffs has announced the return of its B2B food industry event, Foodstuffs Expo, on March 5 to 6 at Claudelands in Hamilton.
Running for over decade, the expo showcases the latest innovations in food, beverages, and retail technology.
Bringing together key players in New Zealand’s FMCG sector, the two-day event offers a unique chance for food and grocery suppliers to connect with representatives from Foodstuffs’ New World, PAK’nSAVE, Four Square, and Gilmours stores. Over 400 supplier partners will gain insights into what’s happening across the Foodstuffs co-operative and explore ways to collaborate on future opportunities.
“We believe our industry is important to New Zealanders and its key that we engage and connect with our partners to keep growing what we can offer to our customers. The Expo is a chance to meet face-to-face, connect with people across our co-ops and the wider industry, and work together to deliver better value and more innovation for New Zealanders,” says Foodstuffs North Island CEO Chris Quin.
“I’m always impressed by the innovation and creativity of New Zealand grocery suppliers – hearing about their products and meeting the people behind them is a highlight for me.”
New addition: Wholesale Day:
This year’s expo features Wholesale Day on March 6. Foodstuffs will welcome 50 key wholesale customers to the event who will tour the expo with Foodstuffs team members, meeting suppliers with wholesale offerings and exploring opportunities to strengthen their partnerships.
Cindy Chaimowitz, Foodstuffs North Island General Manager of Wholesale and Customer Services, says, “Our new Wholesale Day is all about building stronger connections. It’s an exclusive opportunity for wholesale customers to meet our team and suppliers, discover the latest products and innovations, and forge partnerships that drive growth and success for everyone.”
With a focus on collaboration, innovation, and networking, the Foodstuffs 2025 Expo promises to be an unmissable event for anyone in New Zealand’s food and grocery industry.
