The Right Chemistry

AUCKLAND, Today: Growing Westhaven creative shop MetroEXP, has promoted Tammy Milani to managing partner. And hired Beatrice Bearne as account manager.

MetroEXP is an offshoot of Westhaven-based indie integrated agency Chemistry.

“Tammy is focused on developing the agency’s unique interactive video offering.”

Chemistry director Joseph Silk said: “In her previous role at Augusto, Tammy has worked across a range of global clients including AIG, Gatorade, and Wendy’s.

“She also brings a wealth of personal experience in the liquor business – thanks to her links to a major NZ liquor industry family – to MetroEXP.”

Milani said she’s excited about the new role and is focused on driving growth and developing the agency’s unique interactive video offering.

“At Augusto, Tammy worked across a range of global clients including AIG, Gatorade, and Wendy’s.”

“Like all experiential agencies, most of our event portfolios were cancelled. But since then, I have seen first-hand the strength of our offering and relationships with our clients, and we have now bounced back to pre-Covid levels.

“For a small team, we have grand plans, so watch this space.”

Beatrice Bearne will take up a new position as account manager.

Silk: “Beatrice’s experience across consumer promotions, digital and below the line marketing is a welcome addition to the agency.

Milani: “My philosophy has always been to surround myself with a team that has hustle and heart, so Beatrice is going to be a great fit with our existing team.”
