Make-A-Wish Foundation New Zealand appoints Mindshare as its media agency

Mindshare New Zealand today announced its new partnership with Make-A-Wish Foundation, a purpose driven charity with a mission to create life changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.

The partnership, which is effective immediately, will elevate Make-A-Wish Foundation’s digital marketing strategy in New Zealand. It will aim to increase and nurture donors, drive brand awareness and ultimately raise more funds.

Chris Riley, GroupM New Zealand CEO, says: “We’re really proud to officially partner with Make-A-Wish, a foundation that’s integral to the local community. I look forward to seeing how we can work together to elevate the brand even further, and support it with Good Growth that’s vital in enabling the foundation to fulfill its ambitions of granting more wishes for children in need.”

Mindshare have previously worked with Make-A-Wish Foundation, supporting the charity’s annual Hope campaign and World Wish Day. The official partnership will build on this, driving long-term and sustainable growth for the charity.

Pam Elgar, CEO, Make-A-Wish New Zealand, says: “After successfully partnering with Mindshare for previous campaigns, it’s an exciting step forward to formalise this partnership. Mindshare will play an important role in implementing a highly effective digital marketing strategy that connects us with more audiences. This will ensure we continue to remain dedicated to fulfilling our mission of granting the wishes of critically ill children.”
