AUCKLAND, Friday: Stuff has taken first place in three categories at the 2022 INMA Global Media Awards, and has been named as the regional winner for Asia/Pacific.
Stuff’s Andy Symons said: “Our new innovative approach to advertising, Switch On Your Superpower won first place in the best new product iteration category, as well as best in Asia/Pacific.
“And Biodiversity documentary, This Is How It Ends, won first place in the best use of video category.
“While our reconstruction of 20,000 years of earth’s temperature won first place in the Best Use of Visual Journalism & Storytelling Tools.”
Stuff received the second-highest number of first placings, behind Norwegian media company Schibsted.
“Our advertisers are loving Switch on Your Superpower, and we are stoked the INMA judges do too.”
Stuff chief content officer Joanna Norris said it was brilliant to have the work of New Zealand journalists acknowledged as among the world’s best.
