Go Media launches live camera service

Out-of-home company Go Media have just launched their live camera service, giving visitors the ability to view digital billboard campaigns as they run across the country in real time.

The feature will use tools developed by Go Media to enhance the clients’ experience.

Director of Development at Go Media, Dean Shaw, explains; “Since starting our journey into digital, capturing and providing POPS (proof of postings) on DOOH sites has been challenging and in high demand from both our clients and sales team.”

“We have had to be innovative in finding a solution to this problem by utilising some of the best technology available; with high quality camera systems, APIs and harnessing the power and familiarity of YouTube we have developed an industry leading solution to that age old question, where’s my POP?”

Cassandra Albert, Operations Manager of Go Media adds; “It has been thrilling to be involved in a market leading project. With no log-in or passwords required to access this service, we’re offering complete transparency to all of our customers across our nationwide digital billboard network, including the ability to review the previous 24 hours.”

The launch of the live camera service comes after the launch of the company’s new website in 2022 where Go Media added the functionality of the ‘Go Planner’; an industry-first tool that allows clients to begin planning their campaigns and search by media type, region, ad-format, demographic and category affinity.
