JCDecaux NZ launches Nurture programme with tech start-up

JCDecaux New Zealand has launched its Nurture programme to the local market, offering start-ups and emerging businesses visibility and recognition in cities throughout New Zealand using OOH.

The programme kicks off with a collaboration with New Zealand start-up business Nourish co-founded by Kiwi entrepreneur Michael Taylor and is also supported by customised campaign assistance and marketing services.

Phil Eastwood, General Manager JCDecaux New Zealand, says: “JCDecaux’s approach through Nurture is to support start-ups and early-stage businesses on their growth journey. Nurture offers more than an Out-of-Home campaign. It provides the opportunity to optimise OOH from media planning, brand strategy and creative solutions, through to campaign execution.  We are delighted to support Nourish to create brand awareness and build their customer base.”

The JCDecaux Nurture programme was first launched in the UK and has rolled out across Europe and Australia. Since its inception, the programme has supported start-ups and emerging businesses to scale-up. JCDecaux works directly with start-up founders, business incubators and accelerator programs, providing access to unparalleled reach of target audiences, data, insights, creative and campaign evaluation support, plus media investment matching.

CEO and Co-Founder of the Nourish App Michael Taylor said: “We are thrilled to promote the Nourish App to the world as part of JCDecaux’s Nurture programme. Our mission is to empower individuals everywhere to make healthier choices in a way that is accessible, efficient, and tailored to their unique needs. We believe that the Nourish App will play a pivotal role in reshaping the way people approach and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

“Being able to access this kind of support and insights from JCDecaux is invaluable to us as a start-up business.”

Born from a vision to revolutionise healthy eating for the everyday person, the Nourish App is the culmination of years of dedication and expertise. The company, originating in New Zealand, was formed by a dynamic group of health professionals, including Registered Nutritionists, Developers, and Recipe Creators. Recognising a substantial gap in the market for effective tools to facilitate healthy eating, the team collaborated to conceptualise a solution that offers a faster, more cost-effective, and flexible method for maintaining a healthy diet.

The New Zealand-based team behind Nourish App is setting its sights on a global audience poised to make its international debut, with the goal of delivering nourishment on a global scale and supporting individuals worldwide in their journey toward better health.
