Our friend NZ Marketing Association is turning 50 this year and as part of the celebrations, it’s asking everyone to pick their favourite advert from the past five decades.
From Holly and Hugo “getting thinner” on the back seat of the car as they hunger for KFC in the 1970s to Tip Top’s ‘Togs Togs Undies’ of the 2000s and Tina from Turners or Stickman in this decade, you can vote for the best ad on telly over the years.
Even better, you can win a year’s supply of Vogel’s bread! Simply vote for your favourite advert from each decade in the Marketing Association’s Toast to the Greatest Campaigns of the last 50 years.
Vote here.
The polls are open until 12am on Sunday 6 October, and so far more than 11,500 votes have been cast.
The winners from each decade will be announced at the Marketing Association’s 50th Birthday Party on October 22. Click here for more info and tickets.
