Big Communications has released its work for the brand revival of Gerard roofing, showing the strength of Kiwi durability.
Gerard roofing is found across 157 countries and has been quietly succeeding in the background since 1957. Now the brand is going under a revival lead by Big Communications to bring it to the minds of the modern consumer.
Managing director, Ant Salmon, says Gerard is a great Kiwi success story but needed a new direction.
“We started by looking at howGerard’s products were being presented at key distribution points, reviewing the sales collateral and designing a new website. Now we’re turning our attention to winning back some brand visibility via a significant print campaign in consumer and trade publications. There’s more to come, but there’s no rush – we just want to do work that works for the long-term”.
Gerard’s Sales and marketing manager Dean Vincent says: “As a brand we had lost our way over the last few years. I wanted to work with an agency who would get inside our business and be able to deliver a wide range of work. We engaged Big at the end of 2019 with a remit to review our marketing activity and help us relaunch the brand.”
