AUCKLAND, Today: NZ-owned indie integrated agency Federation, continuing a recent surge of hires, has welcomed three new recruits to its Client Service and Design teams.
Kiwi returnee Julia Davies joins as account director following stints with London youth entertainment outfit LADbible (which has over 39 million Facebook followers and is one of the world’s biggest video content creators), and creative agency Karmarama.
Managing Partner Olly Boden said: “Julia’s varied and unique experience brings a genuine X factor to the table, her time in-house at LADbible especially.
“Between them, there’s bags of energy and know-how to further strengthen our growing team.”
“Their mission of giving youth ‘a voice by building communities that laugh, think and act’ speaks to a true connection with their audience; true connection has arguably never been more essential to all brands than it is right now in 2020.”
Phoebe Brown joins the agency in a newly created role within the design team from UK specialist CRM agency Flourish World.
A third new arrival, account manager Maddie Johnson, joins Federation in another newly created role supporting Julia Davies and managing partner Elizabeth Beatty across several key accounts.
Boden: “We’re delighted to welcome Julia, Phoebe and Maddie to the agency. Between them, there’s bags of energy and know-how to further strengthen our growing team.”
