Kiwi-owned digital experience business Silverstripe has announced the appointment of two new executives to their senior leadership team.
Nick Vujcich has joined as Chief Digital Officer and Tobias Oschwald has joined as Chief Operating Officer. They join current leadership team members Dominique Rennell (Chief Customer Officer) and Pete Lister (Chief Solutions Officer) as Silverstripe expand their leadership capabilities, ready for growth over the coming years.
The new appointments come after the addition of Wayne Yarr as Silverstripe’s CEO in March.
“Silverstripe has great people, capabilities, and intellectual property, together with a strong client and partner base in New Zealand and around the world, to become an inspirational Kiwi success. Nick and Tobias are two exceptional people leaders, who will help us achieve this aspiration,” says Yarr.
As CDO, Vujcich will be responsible for Silverstripe’s management, value creation, and growth of its digital platform and products. Having worked with some of New Zealand’s largest brands, he believes that with their platform, products, the right process, and a strong team, Silverstripe will strengthen its position in the digital technology market in the years to come.
“There are so many different opportunities at Silverstripe to keep people at the focus of the digital transformation that’s happening in New Zealand. It’s exciting to come on board and lead teams working amongst technology in a company where there is so much potential for expansion and exploration in the digital space,” Vujcich says.
For Oschwald, his role as COO will see him handling Silverstripe’s business and financial operations to build on the company’s operating models to support growth throughout the company. Taking his decade of experience in the IT sector with companies like NTT and Dimension Data to drive growth through operational excellence, business intelligence, and business development, he says he is looking forward to bringing operational success to Silverstripe.
“Silverstripe has a unique selling point in offering an end-to-end digital experience which is fundamental to growing in the New Zealand market and expanding beyond it. I know I can help to support the care and success of everyone at Silverstripe to help us transform, improve, and grow in those markets,” Oschwald.
Both Vujcich and Oschwald began their roles on July 5.
