Hello has been appointed by AA Home to launch the new AA Home Response Plus campaign.
AA Home Commercial Manager, Bek Wall says: “We went to market earlier this year to find a strategic partner who could bring what we believe is a strong proposition to life.
“The agency developed a long-term platform for the brand to work across a myriad of products and services, and we’re confident it will drive commercial results.”
AA Home Response was launched in 2018 after research suggested AA Members were frustrated by the difficulty of getting a reliable tradesperson after a home emergency. It works much like AA Roadservice, but instead sends an AA trusted plumber, electrician or locksmith to your home.
Hello Executive Creative Director, Gary McCreadie says: “We’re really proud of the work and have no doubt it will connect with New Zealanders.”
Hello Managing Director, James Polhill says: “The team at AA have been absolutely brilliant to work with from the outset.
“The pitch process was seamless and we’re looking forward to working together as the campaign builds and the product takes off.”
The campaign is running across TV, OOH, magazine, digital and point of sale.
