AUCKLAND, Sunday: After 30 years’ building and leading Wellington independent agency GSL Promotus, managing director and co-owner Sigrun Grice has confirmed the sell-down of her shareholding in the agency.
Grice said with the agency recently attracting Tim Antric to the role of general manager client solutions, she saw a great opportunity to pass the leadership reins to someone who could continue the success of the agency well into the future.
“Tim brings a fresh perspective to the business.
“Tim Antric, along with Grice, and Jodi Macauley will continue to lead GSL Promotus.”
“He also has a strong commitment to biculturalism and diversity, and this expertise and capability is becoming increasingly important, particularly in the government and behaviour change space.
He, along with Grice, and GM/partner Jodi Macauley will continue to lead GSL.
Grice said: “Our agency vision had always been to remain independent, offering both government and private-sector clients the option of having a well-resourced locally owned agency, providing a quality product that delivered results comparable to their multinational competitors.
“After more than 30 years of investment in the agency, ownership commitment and hard work in a highly competitive environment, it is timely for some fresh blood and fresh thinking.”
