AUCKLAND, Today: Melanoma New Zealand has appointed Rainger & Rolfe as their agency partner to drive awareness and prevention of the effects of melanoma in New Zealand.
It is not known there was a pitch; the incumbent was thought to be Republik.
R&R GM Abbe Hale said: “We are delighted to be working with the team at Melanoma New Zealand and hope that we can make a lasting difference for this important cause.
“If it’s treated early, Melanoma almost always curable. It’s just such a critical message for all New Zealanders.”
“New Zealand has the worst rate of melanoma in the world and skin cancer takes more Kiwis’ lives every year than our roads.
“But melanoma can be preventable and if it’s recognised and treated early enough, it’s almost always curable. It’s just such a critical message for all New Zealanders.”
Melanoma NZ ceo Andrea Newland said: “Rainger & Rolfe have great strategic smarts and creative firepower and their passion for our business is clear in every interaction we have with them. We are looking forward to great impactful work to come.”
