Fiftyfive5 appoints Head of Customer Experience

Helen Brocklehurst has joined Fiftyfive5 New Zealand in the newly created role of Head of Customer Experience (CX).

CX measurement and VOC programmes represent a significant area of growth within the Fiftyfive5 business, which has monitoring programmes in place across a diverse range of sectors including telco, utilities, retail, healthcare, financial services and government.

Brocklehurst joins with a remit to further grow the New Zealand client base and to establish new relationships within retail, services and government sectors.

“I’m relishing joining the Fiftyfive5 team and driving the government and services offer in NZ. I have a keen focus on delivering CX programmes that embed a customer-centric culture and provide powerful insight that has a demonstrable impact on organisational success,” says Brocklehurst.

With over 20 years’ experience in insights consulting, most recently having spent 4 years at CX agency Buzz Channel as General Manager, Brocklehurst’s prior roles have included market research and software platform agencies.

“We have experienced significant growth in our CX practice over the past 18 months and are delighted to have Helen on board to lead the offer in New Zealand. Helen’s extensive experience in local government program management alongside her commercial expertise, will be a real asset to the team,” says Andrea Collier, Head of CX and Research Platform at Fiftyfive5.

Richard Hall, Managing Director New Zealand comments: “Helen joins our New Zealand team at a time of continued and rapid double-digit growth, with news of further new hires in the coming months.”
