Jillian Reedy has been appointed by TBWA\NZ Group to the newly established role of Chief Growth Officer.
Reedy will help accelerate client growth through the application of DisruptionX, the Group’s connected brand and experience offering, and will work to further connect the power of creativity that sits within TBWA with the world-class CX, technology and experience offerings of the Digital Arts Network.
Reedy has worked at top New York and London agencies, with a strong focus on business growth. Most recently, she was Managing Director at The Brooklyn Brothers, named a Top 5 global agency by Campaign and known for award-winning campaigns for American Express, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mini and Bumble.
Previously, Reedy was Head of Growth and Business Strategy across EMEA at Edelman, the world’s largest independent PR agency. She led the transformation of the business across 16 offices from a traditional PR offering into an integrated marketing business, and captained business wins including Nissan, Coca-Cola and Unilever.
CEO Catherine Harris says: “We loved our conversations with Jillian from our first meeting. She is a world-class talent, a highly strategic business lead and she is passionate about the power of creativity to transform. We are excited to have her join us as we enter the next phase of our expansion. Jillian is an inspiring person to be around and we know she will have a brilliant impact on our crew and drive growth for our clients.”
Chief Creative Officer Shane Bradnick says: “We’re thrilled to have Jillian onboard, she’s super smart, a load of fun, and an absolute legend. Her experience in PR and at shops like The Brooklyn Brothers will help make everything we do exponentially more impactful. By leading DisruptionX, Jillian will open up new creative frontiers that will allow us to further demonstrate how the power of creativity can grow our partners’ businesses.”
Reedy says: “I am thrilled to be joining TBWA during this exciting time for the group. They have such strong momentum in the market, and I think the TBWA point of view on how to build brands and grow businesses – DisruptionX – is one of the best and most effective in the industry. I was very inspired by the vision Catherine and Shane share for their clients and their team and I’m looking forward to working with them to make it happen.”
Reedy starts next week.
