AUCKLAND, Today: TBWA\NZ Group has appointed Jillian Reedy to the newly established role of chief growth officer. She has worked at top agencies in New York and London, with a strong and consistent focus on business growth.
Most recently, she was managing director at The Brooklyn Brothers London, a creative shop named a Top 5 global agency by Campaign, where she worked on American Express, Jaguar, Land Rover, and Mini.
TBWA\NZ ceo Catherine Harris said: “Jillian is joining the group to help accelerate their clients’ growth through the application of DisruptionX, the group’s connected brand and experience offering.
“She will also work to further connect the power of creativity that sits within TBWA\ with the world-class CX, technology and, experience offerings of the Digital Arts Network.”

Prior to The Brooklyn Brothers, Reedy was head of growth and business strategy at global indie Edelman, where she led the transformation of the business across 16 offices from a traditional PR offering into an integrated marketing business, as well as captaining many of the agency’s biggest global and regional new business wins, including Nissan, Coca-Cola and Unilever brands.
