Global creative agency TimeZoneOne has appointed Jasmine Shaughnessy as Senior Graphic Designer in their Christchurch office.
“Jasmine brings over twenty years’ of international creative and design experience to TimeZoneOne, and is a real asset to our team,” says Daniel Thomas, CEO of TimeZoneOne.
Her impressive portfolio extends across New Zealand, Qatar, and London where she worked on accounts for Virgin, Gillette, Sky UK and The Body Shop.
“She’s one of five people we recently hired within a five-week period, and Jasmine will play a key role supporting TimeZoneOne’s rapid expansion and growth,” he adds.
In between London and Qatar, Shaughnessy worked for Wellington’s now-closed Tardis Design and Advertising Co. After seven years in Qatar, Jasmine felt the time was right to return to Christchurch, arriving in June 2021.
“Because I’d been working for myself while living overseas, it made sense for me to continue doing that after landing in New Zealand. But, the plan was always for me to come home to Christchurch and find a group of likeminded creatives to partner with,” says Shaughnessy.
“I’m excited by the opportunity to collaborate with people both here and in the USA to create much larger design solutions than I could on my own.
“The wealth of creative and strategic expertise within the Christchurch and Chicago teams is incredible and I’m looking forward to working with everyone,” she says.
Shaughnessy’s appointment follows news of Five new hires in five weeks for TimeZoneOne.
