FEDERATION has announced another five appointments, this time to its creative production team, including industry top gun Miranda Kennedy as Creative Delivery Lead.
FEDERATION says that with its expanded creative delivery team, it is deliberately providing clients a deconstructed studio and production model that aligns more closely with their increasing need for a zero-based budgeting and productivity approach.
Agency models around the world are facing disruption from an increasingly fragmented media landscape and the perceived cost savings of in-housing.
“It’s why we’ve built a bigger, purpose-built, more dexterous team. A genuine outsourced ‘in-house’ model for clients streamlining creative delivery across multiple channels, platforms, and last mile retail.
“The proof of its effectiveness is there already, and we’re seeing more and more clients bringing us in to deliver an immediate step change in capability and efficiency,” says Sharon Henderson, CEO of FEDERATION.
Kennedy is joined by four additional team members across digital delivery, design, production, and branding, Olivia Aukafolau, Paul Bluck, Hanna Ashcroft, and Annie Kyles.
Kennedy is no stranger to developing step change delivery models and is widely regarded as a force across both large and boutique agencies for optimising quality and efficiencies.
