AUCKLAND, Today: Proximity NZ has launched a CXM division with Kate De Marco and Nathalie Philippsen named as co-directors.
Both were promoted from internal roles at Proximity. Philippsen was previously a senior business director, Kate De Marco was planning director.
Proximity NZ ceo Chris Pescott said: “Many businesses suffer financially from poor CXM due to disconnected and under-prioritised approaches to their strategies. Recognising these issues, Proximity NZ has launched a new CXM division to the business.
“With over 30 years of experience in data-driven marketing between Kate & Nathalie, the new division is well-positioned to help clients shape CXM roadmaps that identify vital interactions and solve complex business issues.
“A lot of businesses aren’t aware of how customers actually experience their business. Using consultancy methodology means we get to the real underlying issues impacting customer and business value.
“For the team, it is all about creating CXM strategies that are actionable and ongoing to drive real change and deliver better results – a method we call Intelligence at Play,” says Kate de Marco.
“They will work closely with Proximity’s director of technology, director of strategy and chief creative officer.”
