BELGRADE, Today: Serbian agency No Agency has launched Creatives in Exile, a global plstform to help the multutudes of advertising professionals who have been forced to leave their homes and workplaces in Ukraine.
In an unsigned email to M+AD, its creators said: “Along with their country, they have also left behind their jobs, their homes and their possessions. But no war can take away their knowledge, professional skills, creativity and experience.
“Your agency could use their help.
“Hire Ukrainian creatives and let them crack that tough brief, help with the increased workload or simply give a fresh new perspective on a project.
“For them, this will not be just another brief on the table. Joining your team on a project will be a way to create some safety for themselves and their families while in exile.
“Let’s keep the creative sparkle alive.”
“For them, this will not be just another brief on the table.”
“Since the beginning of the war, thousands of Ukrainian creatives were forced to find refuge in other countries. But wherever they ended up being at the moment, they have taken all their skills, creativity and experience with them.
“And, if anything, Covid has shown us that people can effectively work from anywhere.
“For international agencies, hiring through Creatives in Exile is not only a way to show solidarity with the advertising community of Ukraine, but also to get valuable fresh perspective on a project, help with cracking a tough brief or outsourcing for a specific skill.
“Since the launch, the base keeps growing and new creatives are added on almost daily bases.”
