AUCKLAND, Today: Independent brand response agency Chemistry has welcomed five new hires across client service and studio to meet the growing needs of clients and recent new business wins.
With a “firm focus on further growth, digital creativity and client needs”, Chemistry has appointed internationally awarded Haylee Killip as business partner. Killip steps into the new role from DDB Aotearoa, where she worked as a senior business director on Lotto NZ and AA Insurance.

Killip said: “I have admired Chemistry’s work from afar for some time now and look forward to working alongside some of the most innovative people in the industry, with exciting challenges and opportunities for growth ahead of us.”
“The agency continues to hire and grow after recently picking up new work with TAB and winning the Huckleberry NZ, Red Rat, and McKenzie & Willis accounts.”
Rounding out the client service team in account manager positions are Sara Lowrie, joining from NZME where she worked as a digital ad campaign manager, Katie Hunter, previously at AA New Zealand, and Tayla Brewer, formerly an accounts and admin assistant at Travel Lab and Creative & Brave.
Darryl Dustan, formally digital designer at Track, joins the studio team as a senior graphic designer.
Joseph Silk said: “There is a lot of fantastic client work coming through the doors, so we are thrilled to have attracted some exceptional talent to work with us as we grow our business, especially given the tough labour market right now.
“We are looking forward to welcoming the very talented Darryl into our studio team, who comes highly recommended with the addition of a great sense of humour, as well as Haylee, Sara, Tayla and Katie, who we know will fit right in with our first-class client service team.
