Our client is a market-leading global luxury appliance company, at the forefront of design and innovation. This is an opportunity to join their in-house agency, in the Marketing Team, based in South Auckland. The role is integral to the smooth running of the digital and marketing content, execution, and delivery, you will be working closely with the internal global team and In Market teams, to help manage the details within the briefed projects. You will oversee each phase of a project from understanding the brief, to tracking production to ensure that deadlines are met and are within budget. This role sits within a talented team to deliver growth in an exciting channel of our business, operating in a cutting-edge market sector.
Scope of the role:
Key elements of the role are communication, project management, operational and service excellence, quality control, a strong understanding of digital and marketing production practices, workload assignment deadline management.
You will have proven experience coordinating and delivering end-to-end website and digital app marketing projects for external clients, (leaning on the digital team to develop and deliver).
Role Responsibilities:
Planning & Delivery
The ability to project manage and plan, across all facets of the digital and marketing
communication, build production efficiencies for all project delivery and execution.
Project Management:
• Experiencing managing projects between inhouse designers, digital team, marketing team and in market teams
• Experience managing medium-large websites, mobile apps, business solutions, digital products, event/activation technology
• Confident in offering strategic input, problem-solving and best practice in digital production
• Work with In-Markets to effectively scope key projects. Looking at what resources, tools and production requirements are required to successfully deliver each project and create clear and actionable project plans.
• Manage marketing asset creation through project managing assigned marketing material
• Manage Workfront jobs logged, project managing, monitoring jobs to completion
• Support Global Marketing managers across channel execution
• Accurate delivery and maintenance of clear, brand content
• Ensures information and content is accurate, has the right tone of voice, convey the intended message and delivers to the specific audience on the appropriate platform.
This role has a big focus on delivery. It requires someone confident, ready to take ownership and responsibility. You will be the go-to person, who knows the ins and outs and where everything is at. Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects, people, and markets at once, is an absolute must.
