Independent agency One Plus One Communications has announced the addition of four new members. Morgan MacFadyen, Lebron Davis, James Tapp, and Grace Ulu join the firm as Senior Account Manager, Account Manager, and Account Executives, respectively.
Managing Director, Kelly Bennett, says he’s really impressed with the new additions to the team.
“The business has grown substantially and we’re very pleased to welcome four new hires,” says Bennett. “Each of our new additions brings a unique perspective, positive attitude and valuable skills to our team.”
Morgan MacFadyen joins the team with over six years of industry experience and a skill-set comprising internal and external stakeholder relations, event management, and content creation.
MacFadyen’s move to One Plus One will see her managing complex accounts spanning corporate, consumer, and social communications.
Lebron Davis (Ngāpuhi) joins the agency with a strong in-house background within the public health sector. Davis will be joining the wider team on accounts across industries such as finance, FMCG, and tech.
Business and communications student James Tapp, takes his first steps into the communications industry with a knack for audio and copywriting. Tapp’s arrival will see him working across a range of accounts spanning corporate and consumer PR, social media management and stakeholder engagement.
Recent communications graduate, Grace Ulu, steps into the agency world off the back of an in-house position at a large Pasifika-led healthcare provider. Ulu is motivated to amplify Māori and Pasifika stories across the agency’s accounts.
Bennett says One Plus One is always on the lookout for outstanding consultants to join the team. Interested candidates are encouraged to enquire at kelly.bennett@oneplusonegroup.co.nz
