AUCKLAND, Friday: The Goat Farm’s employment branding & recruitment campaign Tonkin+Taylor Suits me to a T+T has been awarded first place in Talent Acquisition at the Human Resources New Zealand Awards.
The campaign and media strategy were developed for engineering and infrastructure company Tonkin+Taylor by The Goat Farm, Sneakers Media and HainesAttract.
To add to the challenge of attracting talent in a tight employment market, the entire campaign was planned, researched and produced during Auckland’s Covid lockdown.
