AUCKLAND, Today: Parnell-based media agency Spark Foundry New Zealand has invested in its offering to clients with the appointment of Sophie Radford, and the internal promotions of Kelly Rosnell and Paul Hamilton to client partners.
Managing a portfolio of businesses within Spark Foundry, client partners deliver cohesive and proactive approaches, enabling strong outputs to achieve business goals. The client partners will navigate their portfolio through an increasingly fragmented and interwoven media landscape, driving growth and revenue.
Kelly Rosnell brings 17 years of industry experience, having spent the last four years working at Publicis Media across both Starcom and through the launch of Spark Foundry NZ in 2021.
Rosnell said: “Being promoted is an amazing opportunity that allows me to focus more of my time on ensuring we create work for our clients that drives business results.”
Paul Hamilton brings 20 years of experience to the role, having previously held media, sales and marketing positions across the automotive, QSR, alcohol and FMCG categories.
Hamilton said: “I am excited to elevate Spark Foundry and our clients, through work centred in a deep understanding of people. The capability in the agency is the strongest it has been since joining in 2019 and it’s awesome to increase expertise that unlocks opportunities on behalf of our clients.”

Sophie Radford joins Spark Foundry from her previous role as group business director at Dentsu NZ.
With 15 years of experience, Radford has run portfolio clients both locally and globally, focused on all facets of media agency client management including growth development strategy and creative media solutions.
Radford said: “The ambition of Spark Foundry truly aligns with where I want to be in my career, and the drive and commitment they have to the future of their clients is unique. I am so incredibly excited to be on this journey with a bunch of talented Sparklers.”
