Clemenger BBDO Wellington has welcomed Melissa Neustroski on as the agency’s new Head of Client service.
Neustroski brings over 20 years’ experience in leading brand and behaviour change work. Before starting at Clemenger, she called the shots as CEO at design consultancy, Empathy, as well as holding Group Business Director roles on everything from brand campaigns to issues management.

Neustroski has worked with many well-known brands, with expertise in behaviour change across sectors including ACC, ANZ, BCITO, Te Pūkenga, Inland Revenue, Ministry of Education, and Registered Master Builders Association.
