AUCKLAND Today: More people are back at their offices five days a week in a trend dubbed “work from work” by New Zealand’s largest commercial listed landlord, according to a story in today’s NZ Herald, written by property editor Anne Gibson.
Gibson sourced her info from Scott Pritchard, chief executive of multi-billion dollar landlord Precinct Properties, who told her his business has been studying office workers returning to their desks.
“Office block lift usage shows the number of people returning to work is back to pre-pandemic levels.”
“Those workers are buzzing up and down in their office lifts in greater numbers as Covid fears recede,” he told her.
Data from Commercial Bay office block lift usage showed the number of people returning to work was back to pre-pandemic levels, he said.
