Marketing sustainability leaders, GoodSense, has welcomed Chantelle Conroy (Te Ātiawa-Taranaki) to the team.
Conroy is a skilled communications pro and content creator with a background in media and inclusion and brings over six years of experience of working with community, sporting organisations and iwi on conservation projects and in the public sector.
Her experience includes delivering organisational communications and inclusion / diversity advice for the Department of Conservation, and as a Press Secretary / advisor to the Green Party of Aotearoa MPs on stories, issues, policies specific to Te Mātāwaka (the Māori and Pasifika Caucus). Her commercial background includes providing digital marketing and content marketing to nature-based technology and services businesses.
“Having been the second in my family to finish high school and the first to graduate from University, I’m passionate about using my education and privilege to benefit communities that need it most. I’m looking forward to doing that as part of the woman-led team at GoodSense,” says Conroy.
Conroy will be working part-time and flexibly as part of the remote-first GoodSense team from her temporary base in Europe in 2023.
