DDB Group agencies TRACK and Tribal have joined forces to work with ANZ to transform the bank’s relationship with its customers through connected, emotive digital communications.
The strategic collaboration with customer experience specialists TRACK Aotearoa and digital experience agency Tribal Aotearoa is set to revolutionise ANZs performance marketing programmes and digital growth.
In today’s digital banking era effective digital marketing has become crucial for business success. ANZ recognised the significance of personalised, channel-specific communications and the utilisation of data to ensure timely and relevant interactions.
TRACK+Tribal was selected as an ideal partner for their understanding of customer marketing and expertise in creative digital campaigns. The collaboration has brought together TRACK’s Insights Team, led by Matt Jarman, which leverages the power of data, along with Tribal’s ability to craft channel appropriate, creatively engaging and cost-effective digital communications. The focus of this collaboration is to work closely with PHD to create an ‘always on’ test/learn/optimise approach, driving continuous improvement and optimisation of results.
James Blair, Managing Director of TRACK+Tribal says: “We are thrilled to be partnering with ANZ to transform their digital communications. The team’s combination of customer marketing expertise and creative digital solutions will enable ANZ to deliver personalised experiences that build stronger connections with their customers. We look forward to achieving great results together.”
Dave Gascoigne, Head of Digital Performance at ANZ, expressed his enthusiasm, stating: “We chose to work with TRACK+Tribal for their deep data expertise, effective creative platform and inspiring strategic thinking. The work will assist our customers in managing banking digitally – early indications are showing it’s working exceptionally well. It’s fantastic to work with a digitally focused team that aligns so well with us.”
