The Commercial Communications Council has once again launched its annual recruitment programme, offering individuals from diverse backgrounds an opportunity to develop their creative thinking and innovation within New Zealand’s advertising industry.
The advertising industry is known for its ever-evolving nature and its focus on innovation, problem-solving, and collaboration. It welcomes individuals from various fields, whether in arts, sciences or beyond, who can bring fresh perspectives and ideas. If someone you know exhibits qualities like unique thinking, problem-solving skills, curiosity, teamwork, or creativity, this program may provide a valuable opportunity.
Applications for the Comms Council Graduate Programme are currently open and will remain until 30 September 2023. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive support from the Comms Council, including mentorship, access to the First Five Rungs programme, and professional training through the Foundations in Media & Advertising programme. Employment is scheduled to commence in January or February 2024 with a competitive starting salary.
To assist potential candidates in understanding the potential of a career in advertising, the Comms Council invites them to take this quiz, available at https://www.advertisingcareers.co.nz/quiz.
