AUCKLAND, Today: Last Friday, for International Women’s Day, DDB Group Aotearoa launched the Phyllis Project, aiming to empower future female leaders. It’s in its fourth year and invites 10 applicants for a year-long journey of learning and inspiration.
“The Business of Influence specialises in social media, PR, brand awareness strategy, and brand partnership representation.”
Liz Knox, Managing Director Group Operations at DDB Group Aotearoa, highlights the Phyllis Project’s role as a bridge between the group’s graduate and senior management programs. It’s about fostering growth and leadership in aspiring female talent.
Knox also added: “We wanted to identify future female leaders early and put them on a pathway to leadership, giving them the confidence and tools to navigate career progression and the hurdles that gender bias and discrimination might present along the way.
“It not only recognises the Group’s future female leaders but is also creating connections that will live beyond DDB.”
