AUCKLAND, Today: Pure SEO is excited to welcome Michelle Freshwater as an Administrative Assistant on the Business Admin & Operations team.
Michelle greets everyone with a smile as our new front-of-house receptionist and keeps things running smoothly, tackling daily operations with ease. Her diverse background, which includes five years in financial admin and a stint in hospitality, equips her perfectly for the challenges of her role at Pure SEO.
Michelle’s journey to Pure SEO happened by chance. After feeling uncertain about her career path while working up north, she discovered the job opening and applied. Soon, she was chatting with Rachel O’Reilly, who would become her Operations Manager, and in just a week, Michelle landed the job.
“She takes pride in everything she does, and you can see that in her work.” – Rachel O’Reilly
In her day-to-day, Michelle thrives on the unpredictability of her tasks—whether she’s making a coffee run or planning a big company event. “I’m very much a go-with-the-flow person, which is why I like this job so much,” Michelle shares. She loves the constant variety and the need to adapt on the fly.
Outside of work, Michelle keeps her creative and problem-solving gears turning. She loves hitting the beach, solving Rubik’s cubes, and dabbling in art. She’s also a trained interior designer. Her flexible attitude and eagerness to tackle any task make her a perfect match for her role.
“It’s great to have Michelle on board. She’s been very proactive and a pleasure to train,” says Rachel O’Reilly, her manager. “She takes pride in everything she does, and you can see that in her work.”
