AUCKLAND, Today: Digitas New Zealand has welcomed customer experience expert Meredyth Dale-Gandar as their new Head of Strategy.
As part of the Executive Leadership Team, Meredyth will shape clients’ CX strategies and drive customer-centric solutions. Her leadership will enhance overall strategic thinking and boost business value for clients.
With Digitas expanding its Trans-Tasman offerings, this role marks a significant step for the agency. It allows them to offer a dedicated strategic partner in New Zealand, enriching business outcomes.
Meredyth brings extensive experience in customer-focused strategy, CX, business transformation, and consultancy. She has led teams at Westfield AU/NZ and ASB Bank, transforming their customer experience approaches.
