Realestate.co.nz’s new campaign takes the stress out of property hunting

AUCKLAND, Today: Navigating the property market can be a whirlwind of excitement and stress. Showing they get these ups and downs, realestate.co.nz has launched a bold new campaign with a fresh look.

Created by The Monkeys Aotearoa, part of Accenture Song, this campaign builds on the brand’s ‘It all starts here’ platform from 2022. The refreshed design aims to appeal to renters, buyers, and sellers, helping make their property journey smoother.

Focusing on key property challenges—saving time, transparency, and accuracy—the campaign uses clever placements and relatable messages to establish realestate.co.nz as the go-to for New Zealanders’ property needs.

It’s rolling out nationwide across digital platforms, radio, social media, and outdoor advertising.

The updated design also invites customers to explore realestate.co.nz for a seamless experience. Once logged in, the app unlocks features designed for an intuitive, personalised journey.

Damon Stapleton, Chief Creative Officer at The Monkeys Aotearoa, shares, “The real estate industry is a busy, cluttered one, so in order to create cut through, we have really enjoyed the challenge of bringing people’s property insights to life in a visually striking way.”

“We’ve developed an evolved look and feel for the brand that removes the requirement for cheesy, generic stock shots. A typographically led headline has key images that subtly aid with humour and the modern, unique design language supports in visualising the humanity of the insightful moments.”
