Property hunting can be an emotional rollercoaster — it’s an exciting time, but not without its share of challenges. To show that realestate.co.nz not only understands these pain points, but can offer solutions, the New Zealand property site has launched a new campaign along with a refresh of its visual design.
Created by The Monkeys Aotearoa, part of Accenture Song, the campaign complements the brand platform ‘It all starts here’, developed by the agency in 2022. The campaign and updated visual design aims to appeal to renters, buyers and sellers by letting them know realestate.co.nz is here to help make their property journey faster and easier.
The campaign focuses on addressing the key challenges of house hunting – saving time, transparency and providing accurate information, by using contextual placements and relatable executions to position realestate.co.nz as the go-to place for all New Zealanders’ property needs. Running nationally, the campaign will feature across OLV, OOH, digital, radio and on socials.
The new look design also encourages customers to head to realestate.co.nz for a streamlined and seamless online experience. Once logged in, the app’s features and benefits are unlocked to make the user experience more intuitive and personalised.
The Monkeys Aotearoa Chief Creative Officer Damon Stapleton says, “The real estate industry is a busy, cluttered one, so in order to create cut through, we have really enjoyed the challenge of bringing people’s property insights to life in a visually striking way.
“We’ve developed an evolved look and feel for the brand that removes the requirement for cheesy, generic stock shots. A typographically led headline has key images that subtly aid with humour and the modern, unique design language supports in visualising the humanity of the insightful moments.”
General Manager of Marketing & Media for realestate.co.nz Vanessa Williams add, “I’m super proud of the campaign and it’s also been exciting to watch our bold new visual design approach come to life.
“We’ve been helping people buy, sell, or rent property since 1996 and the new campaign further supports solving Kiwi’s property searching needs. As New Zealand’s longest-standing property site, our mission is to empower people with a search tool they can use to find the life they want to live.”
